60% Guatemala San Antonio · 40% El Salvador Finca Malacara
Two long-standing relationships, one silky, sweet cup. Elevation Seasonal Blend brings together San Antonio from Guatemala’s Sierra de Las Minas and Finca Malacara from Santa Ana, El Salvador. Expect prune sweetness, hints of marzipan, and a smooth, rounded body that invites another sip.
Our San Antonio coffee comes through our friends at Los Volcanes Coffee, a relationship we’ve nurtured since 2017. Grown by 225 smallholding farmers around San Antonio La Paz, this washed coffee reflects the distinctive microclimates of eastern Guatemala’s Sierra de Las Minas. Its single-origin profile offers orange, baker’s chocolate, and walnut.
The other 40% comes from the Dumont family’s Finca Malacara, one of our earliest and longest-standing Direct Trade relationships. At 1,500 meters in Santa Ana, Bourbon coffee grows beneath native shade trees that allow the cherries to mature slowly. The farm’s washed, patio-dried Red Bourbon offers a sweet, nutty profile with red apple, honey, and almond.
In Elevation, these two coffees come together in a comforting balance of dried-fruit sweetness and almond-like richness. It’s a blend rooted in the people we know and the coffees we keep coming back to.
