Order processing

We roast to order. Coffee is roasted weekly and ships within 48 hours of roast, so it reaches you at peak freshness. Orders placed after a weekly roast will go out with the following roast.

Subscriptions

Subscription coffee is roasted every Tuesday and ships every Wednesday. You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription at any time from your account.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on all subscriptions and on orders over $49. Rates for all other orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Transit times

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier and the destination. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

International orders

We ship worldwide. Customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it is with the carrier, and orders returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address may incur a reshipping charge.

Problems with your order

If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within a reasonable window of the tracking estimate, get in touch through our contact page and we will make it right.
