This coffee placed #6 in this year's Cup of Excellence competition. We find that this cup is well-balanced and full of fresh fruit sweetness. At first sip, notes of green apple, raspberry, and lemon greet you with a rounded acidity. This is followed by a smooth aftertaste of hazelnuts, almonds, and milk chocolate, reminiscent of your favorite chocolate candy bar. Grab a tin online or stop by the shop to give it a try!
Finca La Florida is located in a subtropical climate surrounded by forests in the heart of Las Minas Mountain Ridge. The farm has been around for four generations and the skills of planting, of growing, of harvesting, and of processing coffee have been handed down to each member of the family. The location, the altitude, and the process has created generations of perfection from La Florida state.
