This coffee was sourced from our sister company, Vela Ethan. In line with our other limited release offerings, the cup is complex and well-balanced. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe fragrance is subtle, offering light floral notes and sugar-browning sweetness. Once water is poured, the aroma offers a bright, perfume-like note of jasmine. The first sip offers the sweetness of honey and clean floral notes. Once cooled, the cup maintains it's balance with the previous notes, but a slight dried fruit taste appears. The acidity is a low and rounded citrus similar to the pith of a lemon.
