Fidel Huancas is very proud of the farm he inherited from his father. The farm is called La Esperanza (Hope) and has come to signify what Fidel hopes for; better, and better coffees. He strives to become the best coffee producer in the region, and wants to motivate other coffee producers around him to strive for better, and better coffee as well.
Fidel only grows Yellow Caturra due to it's high yield, and high cup score. This coffee has been one of our favorites this year.
