Process: White Honey

We have sourced coffee yearly from the Naranjo family since 2015. They own the Santa Rosa Micro-Mill and their adjacent farm, La Plaza. They also use their micro-mill to help adjacent farmers process their coffee. This coffee is a white honey process which tastes very similar to washed process coffees as there is very little fruit left on the bean during the fermentation stage of drying.
